Right I want to make a pro club called Touch Of Class.
Would it be spelt correct as Touch Of Class or Touch Off Class?

I don't know what you mean? I suppose you can spell how ever you want they both nearly mean the same thing.

It would be Touch of Class.
Touch off class.. would come across that the team is - a touch, off class.

As Dean said it would be Touch Of Class because Touch OFF Class would mean to be turning something off.
