Does this email mean I am permanently banned? Please help!

I can see from our records that your SEN account has been banned from accessing PlayStation Network and SEN services due to Exploitation / Hacking. This ban was put in place following a review by our moderation team in accordance with the SEN Terms of Service. Given the nature of the breach of our terms, there is no right to appeal and this ban will remain in place.
