Craigyy wrote Theming a build can cost a fair bit more than not, trust me i know from my current one. But I think it is worth it if the PC in question, like mine is an investment. I think of my PC as a investment due to the cost of it. So i spend money on it where i know if i needed to i could easily get it back.

So it's if you think your PC is worth the extra for a theme. Do it, you can't do anything better. Apart from building your own.

This is gonna be my first PC Build, so maybe going balls to the wall isn't the best solution, maybe I should just go with what I have/get & work around that.

There's always room for improvment, parts & color wise, haha.

There ain't nothing saying you can't get expensive components for your first build though. Like one of the PCtards said, you could get a Reference model Nvidia card, they come with Green LED's on the GeForce logo. Then if you ever changed colours you turn the LED off and have a generic looking card. Me personally, I love the reference titan cooler cards.

I'm sorry (this is off topic), but full loop liquid cooling doesn't appeal to the eye, imo. (well if it's colored at least).

If you want a green theme, why are you getting a board with red parts that are soldered to the board (PCIe slots, DIMM slots, SATA header)? If there's not a green board you like, you could just get a black one and have other things green.

A green LED strip would make everything look green even if it's another color, but it's always best to have actual green parts and use white LEDs if you do use them. Google will find you lots of info about painting PC parts from sites like OCN.

I've just decided to just go with the Red theme for now, because the majority is Red.

I was having trouble finding some decent Green components but like I said, I'm a first time builder so there's still a lot I have to learn.
