I am thinking of buying an xbox one and wanted to know can I redownload games ive bought from the marketplace for my 360 and play them on the xbox one? any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Certain games have a promotion that gives you the Xbox One version of the game if you purchased it on the Xbox 360. This isn't for all games though.

I know that you can do it with Destiny and Call of Duty Advanced Warfare.

Nope, games that you bought on the 360 are not available to be re-downloaded onto the Xbox One.
