Does the Transfer budget get reset every time a new season starts in career mode?

I have about 70m with Chelsea ATM and I'm about to finish the season.

Will it get reset or have EA finally fixed this? It reset every time in Fifa14

not sure m8, save, go to the end of the season, if it resets, quit without saving and if not carry on!

You get a new budget set every season, you could actually gain more than 70M next season or you get less.
