I've been told of many different ways to get them. I myself have only gotten 1 and I of course wasn't even trying to get it as if given up. I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with how many you turn in at a time, but what seemed to work was turning 30 bounties in in 1 week. Other than that I think it's pure luck.

There`s no "easy" way to get them, this is the only thing that people can`t exploit, the only way you can get them is by turning in bounties and if you get lucky, well you`re going to have a hard time with that. Just yesterday I got my second one and btw, turning in 5 all at once won`t help anything.

The only way to really get them is to just keep doing them every day and hope that you get one soon. Ive only gotten one and Ive done a lot too.

There's only a 2% chance you get them when you turn bounties in I'm level 27 and have just got my first one, what I do is return 5 bounties in at a time and hope for the best

I lucky got my first one about 4 weeks ago from doing a postmaster bounty than in the last 2 weeks I have had 2 more it's either were us was doing 3 or 4 vanguard bounty and a ton of strikes a day and a couple patrol missions or just pure look but yeah didn't get one until I was level 29, but I'm wondering if your vanguard has to be a certain level to actually get them
