Are you loading the drives firmware file correctly on the microSD card? The firmware needs to be stock(NOT LT), correct version for the drive, contain the DVDkey and be named correctly. You can find many tutorials for creating the correct firmware files using your DVDkey.

If you dont have a remote you may need to configure the xk3y to use dvd meny, this can be done from a firmware update and editing the config file.
