If i buy advanced warfare off the 360 dashboard, i can download it for free on my xbox one also correct?

You would be correct. You buy on the 360 and you get the license for the X1.

One last question. Can it be bought early on the xbox 360, and if so can i preload it on xbox one, or do i need to buy it on xbox one to preload

You can digitally pre-order the 360 version from GameStop.

I do not know if you can pre-load for the X1, but you probably could.
