Is hosting on MW3 any different than hosting on the other games? If someone could help it would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Hosting is the same for all games really. Most games are modified with RPC/JRPC tools, which all work the same way. There's even tools that are for multiple games.

There's probably a mod menu out for it, yes. But tools are so much more simple.
