Is there any way to mod GTA 5 online without a J-TAG? If so can someone please tell me or link me to someone that does? thanks in advance.

You can use a flashed xbox360 to run a modded GTA ISO disk and mod online.

Just go to ur pc or computer and download modio and horizon then u plug in you USB or hard drive into the computer and go to game save then click ur gamertag the it will bring up stats and money just click max everything k
