What kind of flight simulator?

Guessing you meant general planes such as the boeing..

The Micrsoft Flight Simulator X I've heard is good.

They also come with expansion packs to add more content to the game.

DCS World it will start you off with an su25t CAS jet but there are a bunch of expansions like the A-10c which has a fully controllable cockpit where every switch does something and doing things like starting the aircraft are a challenge to beginners but there is always an auto-start feature if you are not felling up to it or haven't mastered it yet. Its a great sim. It supports trackir and joysticks(obviously) but flying with a keyboard and mouse is extremely difficult. The modules(additional planes) are quite pricey though so i would do your research before making a purchase. A-10c is an extremely complex aircraft but easy to control and one of the more fun aircraft. The UH 1H (huey) is also a fully functioning cockpit and that is a bitch to fly i just bought it and its the toughest one I've tried. If you end up giving it a try add me on skype I'm actually looking for someone to play with other than randoms in the ingame servers because most people are too busy to look at chat i guess and i cant group with people
