So i get this error
i have tried everything.
run a virus scan with anti malware n stuff.
Its fresh copy of windows so i dont understand.

Things i have tried
Running virus scan
Checking prgram file for bad software (fresh version of window anyway)
Installing net framewark from microsoft website (came up with i already had it)
Running as admin
Turning off firewall (Running as admin allows it anyway)
Disabling Anti Virus

There is this 1 thing that my anti virus wont pickup is that when i load my browser it comes up with a shitty homepage.
Gone into browser setting i it wasnt showing that its been changed.
Also went into extensions it wasnt there aswell.

If you can help me ide +rep and be very grateful. thanks

I would recommend trying to find a download of .NET 3.5 from the internet and trying again - it seems the problem is that it cannot find it on it's own so you will have to install it first

Basicly
Install .NET F 3.5 on your own - try again

Its still getting the same error as when i tried to install it on the tool.
It must be that ad ware or something blocking it.
Its saying cant connect to the internet on the net framework installer.

Try turning off WFirewall/ Antiviruses and trying

Dont you need Visual Studio to run 360 Neighborhood?

Install Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate and you should be good You can find it on The pirate bay or another torrent site.
