Well from what I can see, the table going down on the Y axis has two zeros, should only be one (the one up in the upper left hand corner).

Now making a two variable table involves the numbers on the outside (The 0,10's,20's ect*) from my expirence anyways. Now all you do is find out what -> ( $26 X 10 ) + ( $18 X 10 ) add them together then put in the Where the $ symbol is;

0 10
10 $


From a their you do the same again ($26 X 20) and so on.
