They both perform the same task; run unsigned code.

RGH is just a newer version of the JTAG.

honestly theres really no difference just a jtag turns on quicker! If your getting a trinity or corona then your console will last longer! if your getting a phat i recommend a jasper!

If you have to ask which one is better you're not suited to have one.

Do a LOT of research or you'll GREATLY regret your purchase.

Anything a RGH can do a JTAG can do.
Anything a JTAG can do a RGH can do.

Functionally there is no difference.

Pre-loading games is against TTG rules, no reputable or trusted seller will do it. It's really not that hard to take your originals and rip them to your HDD.
