Are you no longer able to download other player's custom vinyls? I cant find out where it is if you're still able to

It took me a while to figure out too

You need to go to the Apply Vinyl (or whatever it is to apply "sticker" to your car)
Go left one (LB) and youll get the store

The way you explained it I would have to go to "Apply Decals" but if I go there hitting (LB) just moves it to a different part of the car to put Vinyls on

you click on one of your vinyls and when you go to chose a shape press lb and it should be couple then you can search
