Could this pc run the following games at very good quality;

Battlefield 4
Sims 4
Dayz
CS GO
Gmod
Skyrim
GTA 5(if you have the system requirements)
and lastly COD: Advanced Warfare

To answer your question: Yes. If you aren't comfortable with building your own PC, the one you linked could play the games you listed with good setting and decent FPS. If you really want to get the most performance for the money you're spending, and are capable and willing to build your own PC, Sanctyy's build would suit you well.

Personally I'd custom build your own PC so you can buy the parts yourself and have you have a choice.

I have no clue on how to build a pc together, as you guys said Sanctyy's build is better but I would like a pre-built pc, or on the scan website can they build the pc with the parts purchased.
