Cpu - Intel Core i7-4790K
Cpu cooler - Noctua NH-D14 120mm & 140mm SSO CPU Cooler ( already bought)
ssd - Samsung Electronics 840 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5-Inch SATA III

Will my pc be able to handle this?
Honestly? I would just go ahead and do another build entirely. Where are all of thes parts going? Bite the bullet and do 2 builds if you are going to "upgrade" all of that stuff.

I can't give up on my little jimmy pc

Yes, you will need to reinstall Windows. Do you need a what? Don't bother starting a new build, no need. Use your old 780 Ti, HDD and case.
