I'm basically looking for a computer that I can run games on high graphics and also have like 200-300 FPS on games like CS:GO

Is this a good overall build?

Far better, however you will need to get Windows the 'free' way.
Intel
Better GPU
Better PSU
just as good case
has SSD
nice cooler for some ok overclocks on the 4690K

Do I need a SSD? or is it just recommended, and I can add more money into it if I need to, so I guess that means I can get an OS.

The ssd will improve booting times and loading times. For your budget its a must

Better gpu

Better CPU

Better cpu cooler.

Get windows the free way.

Wouldn't be recommending one of those V300 SSD's, ever since Kingston changed the flash they have nearly halved in speeds... like 180 ish mb read/write
