You have to do more than 100 rounds First you have to do 50 Rounds in the Tier 1 maps to unlock tier 2, Then you have to do 75 rounds in the tier 2 to unlock tier 3 and finally to unlock Riot you have to do 100 rounds in tier 3. So in total you have to do 225 Rounds.

idk where you got that 4th gamemode idea from but it's wrong I've seen gameplay of the secret zombie round and it lasts about 2 minutes and then you have to escape and then that triggers the cutscene it's only on the map riot on round 11

acctulay theres no mode a guy was streaming it and completed the zombie wave and thats it no zombie mode but itll probably be in dlc

Possibly, lets just all hope there is but you are probably right. There isn't a zombie mode most likely
