Is this a good PC-Build? (Won't be just a gaming PC but a Workstation Build)

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770k - 3.9GHz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 780 - 6GB (Yes I know a newer Graphics card exists, but I have no intention of buying it.)
MEMORY: 32 GB Ram - 1600MHz
HARD DRIVE: 1 Terabyte of Storage
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate - 64-bit version

If I were you I would get an i5 and a GTX 970 or a 280x instead of a 780, 32gb of RAM is a bit over the top as well, you won't come close to needing that.

Not just gaming but also a ""WORKSTATION"" A Workstation nearly requires an i7 to run smoothly

There isn't a game that uses more than 8GB...

I still think that 32GB of RAM is stupid, what work are you doing because it may not be needed...

Refusing to buy a newer/better GPU is pretty dumb.

32GB is overkill even if its a workstation.

The 970 is faster in every task (including compute) for about the same price so there is absolutely no reason to buy a 780 instead of it. Depending on what you'll be using this for, you may want an AMD card instead.

You also mentioned no SSD, motherboard, cooler, specific RAM, PSU, or case.

I'd just request a new build if im honest.

What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

And like r00t said you haven't given your full specifications.

The reason I said I wouldn't buy a new graphics card was because people have mentioned on countless youtube videos that new games are using 4GB VRAM or more, which is why I said I wouldn't buy the new ones, but I think I changed my mind.
