I've got cod aw but Im not sure about putting in on a disk because I haven't put it through abgx yet, if I do will it be patched and will I be able to play online?

What do you mean it'll be patched? If it's a genuine copy of the game, (even if it's illegal) it won't be patched... That doesn't really make sense.

If you have it on a disc, before the patch you will be perfectly fine.
