IceRoadTrucker wrote The reason I said I wouldn't buy a new graphics card was because people have mentioned on countless youtube videos that new games are using 4GB VRAM or more, which is why I said I wouldn't buy the new ones, but I think I changed my mind.
No games are going to use 4GB of vram.

More Vram will only be needed in builds that are going to have multiple monitors. 4GB of Vram is plenty. 2gb of vram is the most needed when gaming on a single monitor

I decided to add 16 GB's of RAM and upgrade my processor, It will be 4.0 GHz with Turbo up to 4.4 GHz and then I will upgrade my graphics card to the new ones, Is that better?

That processor was perfectly fine.

What is your new one?

Add an SSD instead/aswell.

My old processor is i7-4770k originally at 3.5GHz but with turbo(not overclock) it's at 3.9GHz

the new one is i7-4790k originally at 4.0GHz but with turbo(not overclock) it's at 4.4GHz

and SSDs allow the computer to load faster correct?
