Good on them, i don't play Call of Duty, but to know there cracking down on it so early is good. You could have easily left, i just think someone's mad.

Does not matter if you were in a modded lobby you ARE playing the game ONLINE BEFORE the game is released. End of story done..

Actually, certain people can play the game before the release date, this is why Sledgehammer turned the servers on, otherwise, they wouldn't of turned on the servers until release date.

The servers were turned on to test them for errors and DDOS protection. NOT so people could play early.
