Do you have a graphic card or are you using your motherboards integrated graphics?
Because it might be dead. If you are using a card just use your mobos graphics and try to update the video card drivers.

If you have a GPU and not integrated graphics..

Are the fans spinning?
Are both PCie connectors in?
Have you plugged in the vga/dvi/hdmi into the gpu and not the motherboard?
Maybe take a picture of the back of your case if your not too sure?

Is the computer a new build/purchase or has the problem only started persisting?

hahaha yeah your mobo wont have on board graphics you should always plug cables in to the GPU

One fan is spinning?

Whats your GPU? exact one?

Might need to get a replacement or either only the second fan starts spinning when it hits a certain temp

what is your PSU? sometimes you need 2 different 6-Pin connectors. One time I also had one fan spinning and I just used another 6-pin connector.
