Above says it all, how do i unlock the car upgrades in CAMPAIGN mode?

Just use Gta v editor its in the downloads section of ttg..

Or download a modded save

Fairly sure you don't "unlock" upgrades, you apply them to single cars.
Just use a modded save if you want it badly, you clearly do not care for the story anyway.
