I am unable to buy gems in clash of clans. Everytime i try it just crashes the game. Why is it doing that?

Do you have any tweaks installed on your phone that allow free in app purchases ?

You could try deleting and re installing the game.
Or maybe try closing out of the app turning on airplane mode and reboot your device and then turn of airplane mode and try again.

It's fixed now. I did have a in-app tweak. Finally fix it

Make sure you contact apple to get your money back. Obviously dont tell them that you are jailbroken and had iap turned on just say their was a glitch in the game.
