Help why does my download stop at 90% and then goes back to 87% help what do I do I'm on xb1

same thing happened to me but while its downloading you have to stay at the my games and apps screen while it downloads

Yup I'm in California I started downloading it on 12:00am and it's 5:15 am and it's 95%
