hi i got my jtag a long time ago it got yesterday i went to get it reflowed to day the guy said becasue the threaml paste had gone when he reflowed it, it still had rrod plz help so if it has no thermal paste will it a reflow fix rrod

if u just dumped a load of thermal paste on ther it should work I THINK

Yah...Reflowing doesnt really have anything to do with thermal paste.You need to take the heat sinks off and scrub off the exisiting thermal paste and put on some artic silver.
