I bought a benq gw2760s one day agot and it already has a Dead/Stuck Pixel. Is there a way i can fix this problem? please help

I would contact the seller and see if you can get it exchanged.

A lot of the hardware methods i've seen and used to fix dead pixels could damage it more.

thats so sad, i got it yesterday. used it less then one hour.

Might not. Since you just bought it, you should have no trouble getting it replaced.

Thanks so much for your time and help, but i returned it to the manufacture and they are sending me a brand new one tomorrow.
