If you have the Gung Ho perk equipped, you can shoot while sliding and sprinting.

You move the analog stick twice in the direction you want to boost to (after pressing it down).

Sorry, but im pretty sure you move it once in the direction (left or right) to slide as you cannot slide forwards or backwards. You can sprint as usual as you cannot slide forward (you can slide forward as you can in Ghosts though)
