You need to do a hard reset. In order to do this all you have to do while the system is on is hold the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off. After click the xbox power button again and sign in then your CODAW should be able to start. Do not let it keep on the update or attempt to re-install.

To clarify what the hard reset does, it basically just resets the cloud and clears your cache.
