I'm looking to get a Sapphire R9 290 soon but i'll need to upgrade my psu. What would you recommend?

Also, how much are you willing to spend on the whole upgrade?

It depends on your budget and currency. What are your current specs as well? Including your current GPU and PSU.

For the budget around 100 GBP for a new PSU.

My build.
CPU
Intel i5 3570k @ 3.8ghz

PSU
CIT Fixed cables 750w

GPU
XFX R 7770 1gb

Ram
8gb Corsair Vengeance @ 800Mhz

Case
It's a coolermaster case not sure which one though.

HDDs
1tb WD black

SSD
samsung 840evo 120gb

How much are you spending on the 290? It's going to set you back at least £230, plus £100 for PSU gives you £330 for PSU and GPU. If I were you, I'd get this;

Then look at upgrading your case next if it's not that great.
