I have seen lots of people with clear sections on their side panels (xbox 360), I searched ready made panels with clear section but I couldn't find any. Would I be right in saying people have made them themselves?

If I am right, then how?

You can cut out windows in the case yourself, then put in special plastic/glass. There are loads of tutorials on google if you type in things like: 'Xbox 360 window cut out'
