My friend shared the game with me so I was able to download it. The game works but the atlas exo suits and the camos don't work. And I'm just assuming the season pass won't work either..anyone know why?

If you didn't license transfer then redownload the items from your friends account onto your Xbox, they won't work because your console doesn't have permission to use it.

the account is set as home console on my Xbox..the game works nothing else does except the gorge map..could the camos be locked to one account?

Depends on where he got them from. If he redeemed them from an outside source, then yes. They are locked to his.

The atlas can be only redeemed on one specific account it can not be shared with others.

If you did the license transfer, then yes. But, make sure you're attempting to download from the in-game store, not the Xbox Marketplace.
