I've been trying since it happened. For a multi-billion dollar company they are just horrendous.

that is funny i bin playing the game on last gen kept getting modders and they never banned me you must of boosted or they thought you where cheating or you got reported due to being good

you should call them up or chat with a rep, and explain your situation. Then mention that u can still play on 360 and that you can provide them proof that your stats are not modded or unreasonable. Thats the only thing i can think of

EA has some of the best customer support I've dealt with. They wouldn't let me go until my BF4 was running lol. Activision is horrendous. I'd rather take a bath in sewer water.

I don't boost at all. I hate it so much that when I catch people I leave the game, it just ruins it for when you try to actually play it. If somebody reported me idk why cause my best game on here was only 53 and 16, my kd was only 1.6, plus you can't even see other peoples KD on here so no way they would know that.

I wish I could, but my 360 version was at level 12 no prestige when I got on it. I haven't played it since I got the xbox one version to finally download yesterday. I have no idea what the hell is going, but I'm tempted to just uninstall the game and just wait for the master chief collection to come out.

I was level 20 2nd prestige so my 360 version should be that as well, that's what I'm getting at. I also just checked my stats and it says I have 2 mins played 9 kills and that I'm a level 13.
