No any xbox 360 games you won't be able to play on the xbox one since it is not backwards compatible but you could hook your xbox 360 up to your xbox one and use the snap feature to "play" it on the xbox one.

I believe not. I think Xbox 360 games are for 360 only.

so even if its the game has been bought on the xbox marketplace and is on my account

Not on the xbox one no it isn't backwards compatible but they might come out with a way to play them in the future but like i said you can hook your xbox 360 up to the xbox one and use the snap feature to "play" it on the xbox one.
