Not a bad deal, but you need to find out what model the PSU is. Wattage is not indicative of quality, but for that price you could just replace it if it's bad.

As pricing in USD The components
-Intel Latest processor Haswell Core i5 4670K ($234.99)

-msi z87-g43 (around $120-160) depending on which exact model it is

-Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO ($34.99)

-750 watt psu (roughly $50-$100) depending on which brand

- nzxt phantom gun metal grey Gaming Mid-Tower ($99.99) [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

-asus direct cu-ii gtx 670 (roughly $150-200)

-8gb corsair vengeance ($86.99) [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

-2tb hdd ($84.99)

so adding those up is around 890USD.
With the current components its not bad for a low-mid end computer. It would certainly run games pretty well. As new games come out they are requiring more hardware. The 670 Is getting out dated they just came out with the 970/980s so that tells you just kinda how old it is. If you are not an experienced person with putting computers together. This computer wouldn't be to bad.
