I highly doubt it. I read some article about TPB and how they had all the different machines spread out between different hosts without any of the hosts knowng that they were actually hosting for TPB. The only way I see it going down is if these three offer to take it down for some type of plea deal. Honestly, I don't see them getting a deal though. There are many good alternatives to TPB anyway.

Edit: The site itself is only 30mb of data while the rest is spread out across different servers. Thats why they frequently change domains .se, sx., or .pe for example. Only the domain ends up shutdown instead of the servers themselves. That also explains why megauploads was shutdown because they hosted terabytes of data themselves instead of playing it smart like TPB.

If he helps start an illegal site, however many people use it, he deserves it. Don't blame him for running though, that's a lot of money he has to pay back. I'm shocked they haven't shut TPB down yet.
