Hey so im not new to the modding scene and in the past I was just fine with XRPC tools but I can't get them to work anymore... I have the SDK installed along with the latest net framework running Windows 7 or 8.

Basically I get this error every time I use major parts of an XRPC tool like force host, EXP mods or anything like that.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I have done the research and tried things including
- Using lower versions of Net framework including 3.5, and 4.
- Running Windows 7 instead of 8
- Connecting my xbox to my laptop to get an internet connection and run neighborhood directly without a router in between
- Set all plugins (XRPC, RPC, JRPC) despite RPC and XRPC are the same
- Multiple computers (My old laptop, Brand new laptop, Brand New PC, Server PC)
- Disabling windows firewall (I don't use any other virus protection)
- Attempted to use an XRPC tool on my Falcon and Slim RGH
- Attempted using multiple tools.

Anyone know what the problem might be? XRPC tools are some of the best tools to have and they don't want to work for me :/ Please and Thank You!

Right click on your console in neighborhood and click "set as default console" even if you set it as the default console when you added the IP.

Yes be sure you are using the latest version of the XRPC plugin. You can find it on google
