Hello Everyone!
Well, I thought I should begin my conquest to greatness on the forum with an introduction, as I suppose that said conquest will be a long one with a large amount of trial and error.
So Here I Am!
I am here posing as Iki Hiyori of the show Noragami, for those of you who would like to know. You can find various information at my [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . I have just made an account, but I am not particularly new to The Tech Game. I have mild computer science experience as well as some more general computer knowledge. I have had some experience with the Xbox hacking scene as well, using RGH's and JTAG's. My first modified console was an Xenon JTAG. My most recent was a Zephyr RGH, which currently needs a GPU reball/reflow. It has been awhile, however, so I shouldn't be of much use helping with XBLSE or similar. As made apparent by my username, I am an anime fan. I don't believe I've quite reached Otaku status, as I've been watching anime less and less for the last several months, but I will attempt to stick through a series as I go. I have found that I am somewhat of a romanceophile if you would like to recommend me something that preferably isn't on that list. I am a gamer on Steam, and I am on most of the time, although not always gaming. If you want to add me on Steam, add me [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . Now that I have introduced myself on a somewhat impersonal basis, allow me to reveal my deepest secrets. I first started gaming on the Playstation 2 with games like [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . I later moved on to original xbox with Halo: Combat Evolved several years ago, and I continued console gaming on Xbox consoles up until Modern Warfare 2 or Modern Warfare 3, occasionally visiting this forum in search of modded lobbies and eventually buying my consoles from the Xbox 360 Marketplace. I then got interested in my first PC game: Minecraft. I had always despised Minecraft because it was for nerds and the likes, but, after watching some YouTube videos, I decided I wanted in on the fun and originally downloaded cracked Minecraft at Beta 1.7.3, until I eventually bought an account on the same version. On Minecraft I met my first internet friends and learned how to socialize over the internet. As most internet "noobs" do, I originally typed in texting slang, but I was since introduced to the idea that proper grammar on the internet is important. I only started gaming on Steam within the last year and a half, and you'll find me on CS:GO somewhat regularly. I am good and bad at CS:GO, so you may or may not want to play with me. I am Silver 3, but I can keep up with some Nova 3's most of the time.
The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly:
Well, in real life, I am much different than on the internet, as you might expect. I am a sophomore in high school in the U.S. and a member of the International Baccalaureate program which I hate. I am insecure about many things such as height, weight, grades, intelligence, and a few others. Exaggerating my problems is my main problem. I am quite good at making excuses for myself. I am a bad student. I rarely do homework, which brings down my grades quite a bit. I never study, which affects my grades a bit. I have approximately a 3.9 GPA. I am somewhat socially anxious, and I bend my personality to the many different social groups I participate in. I listen to almost all genres of music, from Iron Maiden and Randy Newman to Tyler, The Creator and Chance The Rapper, and I have found that this reflects my indecisive nature. I currently am not single, but I doubt my relationship, although I believe she still holds me dearly. I do not believe I am gay, but I am merely a high school student.
