My Xbox One will not detect HDMI in it. The following things have been tested:

1. I tried 2 different HMDI cords and they do not work, but they both work on my 360.
2. It is not my TV, because the Xbox will also not stream my input into my HD PVR.
3. I tried doing manual offline updating and offline factory resetting with a USB, neither of those things worked.
4. Unplugging and reconnecting the power cord also does not work.
5. Power cycling also doesn't help.

Xbox Support says it needs to be repaired by them. I've looked at every other forum post, no dice. All I want to know is if anyone has any suggestions for me before I give up and send off my console.

Update: This issue has been resolved. You may read through a bit of this if you have this problem yourself.

Have you tried both the HDMI ports on your xbox?

Update: No idea how, but my Xbox finally works fine again.

Yes. I had previously tried 3 different cables. To make sure all the cables weren't just faulty, all 3 of them worked on my Xbox 360.

Yes. I had tried that. Also tried putting the cable in different ports of my TV. (HDMI1, HDMI2)

If anyone else has this problem, try setting up your One in a spot that isn't close to another console. It worked when I did that, now it works normally for some reason when I put it back to the spot with my 360.

I'm not sure but I think they have to be specific ones made by Microsoft?

Nah. You can use any HMDI cables.
