you may be able to find a member that will gift our gold if you send them your money...normally i would do it but have nothing in my bank atm if you contact me tomorrow about it i will help you out

Paypal is not accepted. If you don't have a credit/debt card you could possibly have a trusted member gift you gold in exhange for the money on paypal.
