This may or may not help. I had this exact problem before but instead, I was using google chrome and playing minecraft and my computer would just crash and boot back up. After a couple times, it would be stuck in a infinite boot loop.
I had 2 sticks of ram, 8 gigs each installed. One ram was faulty, I took out all the extra peripherals and just ran the pc bare with PSU, CPU and the motherboard. I installed each component one at a time and the pc would turn on every time but when I installed the faulty ram, it would boot loop again.
May not be help to you but you can try this if you are desperate.
