RULES: THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE IS AGE LIMIT:14 And Up No KIDS
1.No blowing up cars unless it was shot at a lot.
2.No op weapons e.g rpg grenade launcher grenades sticky bombs assault shotgun only shot 3.gun is sawed off and the first one only allowed ak 47 heavy pistol and the first sniper.
4.When cops say you are restrained that means you are not allowed to run off or kill anyone.
5.No engine upgrades on cars also you are not allowed bullet proof tires.
6.Cops have the right to shoot your tyres if you don't pull over after 1 minute.
7.If you go to prison you get your guns taken off you and you have to buy new ones.
8.If civilians die you lose your licences.
9.You are allowed to drive a car without a licence if the police pull you over they do have the rights to take you to jail.
10.No killing inside jail.
11.Send unknown youth a message if you buy a car licence gun licence or if you buy a car or gun and I will put it on the data base.
12.Cops must read data base to see if you have insurance gun licence car licence or if the car belongs to you.
13.If you die you don't remember your previous life memory so no revenge.
14.Always message unknown if you have brought something or robbed money or made money.
15.Police can only pull you over or arrest you if they seen what you have done.
16.CAR UPGRADES-No Bullet Proof Tires Car Upgrades Can Only Be Up 1
17.After You Comit A Crime Wait 15 mins
