License transfers are linked to the console, not profile(s). Therefore, if you deleted all the profiles off of your console, in theory, all the license transferred stuff should be usable. However, I'm not too sure, but you may need to keep the profiles that you took the downloaded stuff from because I don't know if you can use someone's downloads without their profile on that console.

You can test it out yourself. Just delete one of the profiles which you license transferred to your console (make sure you know the email & password so you can recover it if needed) and then try to use one of the downloaded items from that profile after it's deleted. If you can still use them, you're good to go and you can delete the profiles. If not, I guess you need to keep them on the console.

Btw, this is the first time I've heard of someone selling their console with license transfers. I guess it's unique, but it is against Microsoft's TOS and it's not uncommon for a profile to be banned for abusing license transfers. Just something to keep in mind.

I have over 60 games in transferred content and I can't count how much DLC. I just deleted everything except games and it seems to work. I'm selling it to someone for $250. They are getting the best deal every. At least $900 worth of content (accessories, games, and all) for $250.. Lol

I have a perma banned account for Microsoft Fraud or something, I would've had more content if I didn't get banned a long time ago.
