What would be the best formation for a BPL team and why I was thinking either 4231(2) or 5221 any suggestions let me know?

4321 is solid since there are great strikers and LFs/RFs that can act as additional strikers.

4-1-2-1-2. Very good formation, and you can use a lot of pace.

4-3-3 (4) because there are such an excellent variety of CAMs in the BPL to pick from

CMs can act as DMs or box-to-box midfielders

Other than Schurrle and Sanchez, most BPL wingers work more or less as well in LW/RW as LF/RW

I would recommend the 4-3-2-1 for the wide forwards but the lack of a CAM makes the midfield a little too flat for my liking
