Ok so I am upgrading my PC parts and I was wondering if I could have some help!

I am looking for a new :
Motherboard
Graphics Card
Computer Case
Power Supply
CPU Cooler (No water cooling)
SSD (not essential)

I currently have a Intel i5 3570K CPU which I will be keeping

I have a budget of 700GBP for everything

I will mainly be using the pc for gaming and some editing

I'm just realizing how limited the i5 3570K is with motherboards as its an older CPU now. Do you think I should have up for a bit and just get a full new build?

Why don't you list your full specs as some things maybe worth keep

I know the current CPU you have is unlocked but are you going to overclock?

Keep the 3570k, no need to upgrade it. Why do you need a new motherboard?
I'd get this;

Spend the rest on a Z77 chipset motherboard.
