Yes it can do most things you'd expect a computer to do, whether it can do it for the best value for money is another matter.

Well if you are buying now or soon you could get Intel instead which will last longer and would be more powerful. The platform that processor is based on is outdated and no new innovation is happening. Also the cooler on that build will be okay but not good for overclocking.
