I myself converted to dex stright from 3.55 OFW and am currently on rebug 4.46 dex which allows me to change to CEX in seconds if needed, so I'd go with rebug but other people might say otherwise.
Just a matter of opinion

Id suggest going to 4.50 ITA DEX then spoofing to 4.60.
