i always wanted to know what would happened if you got caught driving a r34 in the states since its illegal or is just the engine thats illegal???

Impound or a huge fee, its just the engine though it's legal with a swap

You can make it legal by importing it and having it custom made with the illegal parts about the vehicle swapped.
